Mark Hayes – VP of Finance

As Vice President of Finance, Mark Hayes oversees all financial management functions, including accounting, financial planning, and analysis. Mark is also chair of CellNetix’s Finance Committee.

Mark has more than 35 years of financial experience and has held senior leadership roles in clinical and anatomic laboratories, as well as wireless communications, retail, and legal industries. He is skilled at leading cross-functional teams in the implementation of corporate initiatives to streamline operations, scale for growth and improve profitability.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science, Accounting from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science, Finance from the University of Oregon.
