Kristin Kotlan-Jones, Director of Human Resources

Kristin Kotlan-Jones leads our people resources as the Director of Human Resources for CellNetix. She has over 30 years of experience overseeing Human Resources for a number of Northwest companies with multi-state locations and international operations. Kristin brings compassion, respect, approachability and expertise to her HR role. She also has worked in a number of different industries ranging from science/engineering, member services, travel, financial, insurance, retail and healthcare. Each industry has provided her with a wealth of knowledge and experiences; however, as she states, most employees want to work for a company where they feel valued, have purpose, and more importantly, have a sense of belonging.

Kristin has a Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington University, Master of Science in Executive Human Resources Management from Cornell University and Certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington. She has also a number of Human Resources Certifications, including Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Professional Human Resources (PHR) and Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR).
