Kelli Weber – Director of Quality and Risk Management

As Director of Quality and Risk Management, Kelli oversees the Quality, Safety and Risk Management Department, promoting continuous improvement and organizational excellence. She also ensures adherence with all regulatory, compliance, and accreditation requirements, and makes sure we have a safe environment for our employees, patients, and visitors.

Kelli brings more than 30 years of experience to CellNetix, having worked as a leader in risk, compliance, safety, accreditation, and regulatory affairs within the ambulatory clinical and acute hospital environments, and spent more than half of her career in hands-on healthcare. She has a wealth of experience working with both state and federal regulatory agencies.

Kelli is passionate about patient safety, quality care and outcomes, and processes involved to ensure compliance. She has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Gonzaga University and a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from the University of Washington Executive Master’s Program.
