Jolene Albin – Account Manager

Jolene Albin serves as the Account Manager for the North region of Washington. Prior to her role, she spent more than 12 years working in laboratories where she honed her technical expertise, including accessioning surgical pathology and toxicology samples; assisting in bone marrow and fine needle aspirate procedures; triaging time sensitive samples for intraoperative analysis; providing accurate description and dissection of simple to moderately complex surgical specimens; and processing high revenue accounts requiring special care and attention to detail.

Jolene has also been involved in leadership roles where she directed laboratory workflow, supervised quality control, streamlined processes to increase efficiency and eliminate wasted product and time, and trained and mentored new employees. Jolene has been honored for her hard work and dedication to patient safety; she is a recipient of the annual Good Catch Award from the CellNetix Patient Safety Committee and a 2022 Washington Patient Safety Coalition Speak-Up Award Finalist.

In her free time she enjoys baking, traveling and spending time with her husband Wyatt, two sons Ezekiel and Malachi, and French Bulldog Loki.
