Susanne Carmack, MD
|Dr. Susanne Carmack is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and has subspecialty experience in Gastrointestinal Pathology. Susanne is well known to surgeons and clinicians for her work with liver biopsies and medical livers, as well as her work with pancreas, breast, pediatric pathology and complex and general surgical cases.
She attended medical school at the University of Minnesota and completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Maine Medical Center. Dr. Carmack completed residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology from Yale New Haven Hospital and fellowship training in Gastrointestinal Pathology from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
Dr. Carmack has co-authored numerous articles in publications such as The American Journal of Surgery, Clinics in Colon and Rectal Surgery, and Cancer Prevention Research.
