Dr. Stefen Andrianus is a board-certified anatomic and clinical pathologist with subspecialty expertise in cytopathology, head and neck pathology, and breast pathology.

Dr. Andrianus earned his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine at Universitas Sumatera Utara in Indonesia. He completed his residency in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, followed by fellowship training in Cytopathology, at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He subsequently completed a second fellowship in Selective Surgical Pathology at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital, with a focus on Head and Neck, and Breast Pathology.

Dr. Andrianus has coauthored peer-reviewed publications in Clinical Chemistry, Diagnostic Cytopathology, Human Pathology, and Cancer Cytopathology. He has presented scientific work at national meetings, including the United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology (USCAP) and the Pennsylvania Association of Pathologists. Throughout his training, he was actively involved in multidisciplinary case conferences, resident education, clinical teaching, and quality improvement initiatives.
