Shobha Parajuli, MD
|Dr. Shobha Parajuli is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Cytopathology.
She attended medical school at Manipal College of Medical Sciences in Nepal. She completed her Anatomic and Clinical Pathology residency training at both Kathmandu University in Nepal, as well as Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, where she was Chief Resident. She also completed a Surgical Fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and a Cytopathology Fellowship at Duke University Medical Center.
Dr. Parajuli received honors throughout her medical training, including The H.T. Enterline Fellowship Award in Surgical Pathology for excellence and scholarship. She is a dedicated educator, having worked as an assistant professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at both the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and the University of Rochester Medical Center. Additionally, she taught at various institutions including Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, Duke University Medical Center, and University of Rochester Medical Center. Dr. Parajuli has also presented at various presentations and conferences, including the United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology, College of American Pathologists, the American Society of Cytopathologists, and the American Society of Clinical Pathology. She has co-authored numerous articles in publications such as Diagnostic Cytopathology, Endocrine Pathology, and Human Pathology.
