Dr. Folz is board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and attended medical school at the University of Michigan Medical School.

He is fellowship-trained in Surgical Pathology from the University of Michigan, including Gastrointestinal Pathology subspecialty training with Drs. Henry Appelman and Joel Greenson.
