Dr. Yanelba Toribio Named Medical Director of EvergreenHealth Medical Center

CellNetix Pathologist Dr. Yanelba Toribio has been named Medical Director of EvergreenHealth Medical Center. In this role, Dr. Toribio will be responsible for the laboratory scope, standards, and quality of service. EvergreenHealth Medical Center is a 318-bed medical center in Kirkland, WA.

Dr. Toribio was previously medical director at The Everett Clinic and has served Providence Medical Center-Everett as a pathologist since 2018. She is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology. Dr. Toribio graduated magna cum laude in Biology from Boston University and attended medical school at Boston University School of Medicine. She completed her anatomic and clinical pathology residency at Boston Medical Center and fellowships in gastrointestinal and liver pathology from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
