Dr. Shane Anderson Recognized for Excellence by CHI Franciscan

Congratulations to Dr. Shane Anderson, who was recently recognized by the CHI Franciscan Quality Department for exemplifying one of CHI’s organizational core values – Excellence.

He was recognized for “being an example of this value in service to our patients, staff, department and organization.” Additionally, Dr. John Krueger, Division Vice President of Quality at CHI Franciscan, addressed to Dr. Anderson: “Your actions, behaviors and results are an inspiration to others and deserving of recognition. You are a powerful and empowering force for good.” Department staff were asked to anonymously recognize individuals and one of the submissions nominated Dr. Anderson for: “Unwavering support of quality and safety at HIMC—he is courageous and committed to improvement.”

Dr. Anderson is currently Medical Director of Highline Medical Center Laboratory and serves on the CellNetix Board of Directors. He is board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Dermatopathology, as well as fellowship-trained in Immunohistochemistry, Gastrointestinal Pathology and Surgical Pathology.
