Jason Molnar to Present at 2024 National Society for Histotechnology Convention

Jason Molnar, CellNetix Director of Pathology Technical Services, will present at the 2024 National Society for Histotechnology Convention that is being held September 20-24, in New Orleans, LA. He will present the following workshops:

• “Immunohistochemistry Validations” on Saturday, September 21 from 9:30-10:30 a.m., where he will demonstrate the importance of analytical validation and review the intent behind the validation process, including reviewing the regulatory requirements as delineated by the College of American Pathologists and current best practices to help improve and standardize your lab’s validation process.

• “Competencies for New Leaders” on Saturday, September 21 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. that will include an open discussion on the differences between leading and managing and include the key competencies required to successfully lead your team.

• “Principles of Effective Laboratory Management” on Sunday, September 22, from 1-2 p.m., which will provide an overview on process improvement methods and financial management that includes financial statement analysis, capital and funding strategies, and financial risk assessment. It will also cover competencies for effective organizational and HR management, such as conflict resolution, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving.
