Commentary/Medical Interests:
After graduating magna cum laude in Biology from Harvard University, Dr. Pizer completed the Medical Scientist Training program at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She then began her tenure at Johns Hopkins institutions completing her internship, residency, and a two-year fellowship in Gynecological Pathology and Molecular Pathology. Dr. Pizer joined the faculty of Johns Hopkins University, where she practiced surgical pathology with gynecological pathology emphasis, and conducted research in cancer cell biology. Dr. Pizer joined our Seattle pathology group in 2003. |
