Commentary/Medical Interests:
Dr. Perez-Reyes has extensive experience as lecturer for cytopathology and fine needle aspiration teaching conferences. She has given several Grand Rounds and regional conferences on new technology in Pap smears including liquid-based Pap smears, HPV testing, and the 2001 Bethesda System for Pap smear reporting. Dr. Perez-Reyes has published a wide range of topics relating to research activities including cervical human papillomaviruses, immortalization of human smooth muscle cells, breast fine needle aspirations, and Pap smears. Dr. Perez-Reyes joined CellNetix in 1999. Dr. Perez-Reyes is fluent in Spanish and French, and enjoys giving talks in Spanish on cervical cancer at local Hispanic conferences and on the radio. |
