Annual Bonus

The CellNetix Company Performance Bonus Plan is an annual monetary bonus plan in which employees can earn, in addition to their regular salary, a year-end bonus based upon company performance as well as individual performance and personal excellence.

Company Share Performance Plan

CellNetix offers a unique employee Performance Share Plan designed to provide employees with performance shares as an incentive to focus on the productivity and the growth of the company and to promote employee retention. Through ownership of shares in this plan, employees can personally benefit from the success and growth of the company and the growth in value of the shares. Shares can be awarded based upon individual performance and personal excellence as well as length of service.

401K Plan

The company offers a generous 401(k) Savings Plan. Employees may be eligible to contribute their earnings on a pre-tax basis, effective on the first of the month that follows 6 months of active, continuous employment. The company will make 100% matching contributions equal to the amount of your salary deductions up to 3% of the employee’s compensation, plus 50% of amount of salary deductions that exceed 3% but not in excess of 5% of your compensation. In addition, CellNetix generally makes a discretionary profit sharing contribution, based on company profits, which can be as often as quarterly. This added discretionary contribution has the potential to significantly add to your retirement account; in past years the total of the discretionary contribution has actually exceeded the match contribution.
